My father was a banjo player. My oldest brother, 10 years my senior, a rock and roller. I grew up being tossed between Pete Seeger, Glenn Campbell, & Gordon Lightfoot on one side and The Beatles, UFO, Led Zeppelin, Humble Pie, and others on the other. To me it was nearly perfect.

My only goal now is to be true to the spirit of the song and give the listener something beautiful and, when appropriate, provocative, to hear.

Music is the pure thing and I love living in that world.
